Each Outrunners session is just as much about improving your technique as it is having fun and raising your blood pressure. We host two 90 minute sessions a week for runners of all levels.
If you are new to Outrunners, you will be asked to arrive 20 minutes before so Tyler can assess your running style and give personalised recommendations on how to improve.
We meet by the Royal Inn on the Park (111 Lauriston Rd, E9 7HJ) at 7pm every Tuesday for a running session focusing on cardio, technique, strength and endurance. A great way to get outdoors and improve your fitness with our supportive running community.
The Outrunners have teamed up with ChromaYoga to host a holistic approach to your running routine.
You'll meet at the ChromaYoga studio in Shoreditch at 6.45pm to sign in and drop your belongings before setting off at 7pm with head Outrunner, Tyler Williams-Green, for a 45 minute HIIT style run.
Once you've given your all, you'll head back to the ChromaYoga studio for a 45 minute Pink:RELEASE class - using props to stretch out and massage key muscle groups to avoid injury and aid recovery.
